Red wine helps reduce cardiovascular diseases and obesity

Two new studies have shown that reveratrol, that can be found naturally in many red wines, have positive effects to fight cardiovascular diseases, which was well known previously, and also obesity. According to the World Health Organisation obesity affects 1.6 billion people. The two reports were published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
