Montenegro joins OIV

The new republic of Montenegro (previously part of Yugoslavia) has joined the OIV, Office International de la Vigne et du Vin, the international wine bureau (the cooperation organisation for wine producing countries). Montenegro has a good potential to become a new tourist destination, with a beautiful coast and impressive mountain ranges, which will no doubt drive wine consumption and production.
