Age your wine fast-forward with electrolysis

A Japanese laboratory has developed a method to rapidly give the wine the equivalent of bottle age by passing it through an electrolysis apparatus: a young, fruity wine is turned into a mellow, full-bodied wine in a couple of minutes. The inventor, Hiroshi Tanaka at Innovative Design and Technology in Tokyo, says that he thinks that it will not be easy to sell the machine in Europe and in other traditional (or traditionalistic) wine countries.
