Recommended Restaurant: Louis Vin

>> Tuesday, June 07, 2005

A new wine restaurant with a good wine list with a certain emphasis on organic wines. You can for example find the full selection of wines from Julien and Claude Courtois, father-and-son winemakers on the edge of the Loire Valley, in Sologne. The 2 course menu costs 23 euro, or 26 for three courses. If you are a sweet addidct don’t miss their excellent Ile Flottante, this French speciality made from whipped egg white served with a vanilla sauce.
