Spain’s first ice wine!

Icewine is made by picking the grapes in the winter, when temperatures are below minus seven. It’s not exactly something that one connects with Spain (not least with ‘global warming’). Bodega Vidal Soblechero de la Seca in Valladolid, DO Rueda, is nevertheless the first Spanish winery to make an ice wine!
