Wine producers in southern France hand out 400,000 free bottles of wine to motorway drivers

Tourists travelling on some of the motorways in southern France this summer could get the pleasant surprise of being given a free bottle of wine when they stopped at the road toll both. Wine growers in the Aude depratement handed out free bottles and a leaflet with information about the French wine crisis to visitors in order to make people understand better the difficulties that French producers face today.
