”Les assises de l’oenotourisme” is the elegant official name of the event that will take place on February 3 in the Languedoc. It sound perhaps a bit less prestigious if you translate it – the sit-down about wine tourism. But that’s exactly what it is about: sitting down and talking about how wine producers, local food producers and a whole region can work more effectively with wine tourism.
